I would like to thank Doctor Wakely for all of the support he gave one of the residents of the our residential care home. Dr Wakely was very supportive to the individual and staff.
Even when he was officially on holiday Dr. Wakely went out of his way to ensure that his patient's care was his first priority

Dr Wakley never rushes his appointments, listens to your views and is very informative, we have visited him a few times lately and have always found him very approachable. I am very pleased to have him as our GP.

I have no problems with the doctors or staff at the Kelvedon Health Centre, I have a problem with the appointment system which is poor. I visit the doctor about once every year or more and every time I try and book an appointment it is extremely difficult. After visiting my doctor, he asked me to make a follow up appointment in two weeks time, but I couldn't, I was asked to phone at 08.00 on the day of the appointment. The phone was engaged continuously for over half an hour and I then had to leave for work. When I phoned at 10.00 I was told I couldn't make an appointment until I phoned again at 14.00. Why can't you make an appointment when you phone? This is a ludicrous and outdated system. I have to plan my day/week ahead while I'm working and this system makes it impossible.
